Ariadne Industrial Automation was founded in mid-1995

At the end of 1996, a company dealing in electro-techniques was acquired and renamed into Ariadne Electro Service

The company is located in Opglabbeek, in the Euregion Belgium-the Netherlands, Germany and is particularly active in Flanders, the provinces of Liege and Dutch Limburg, and further in West Germany.

At the end of 1999, Ariadne opened a branch in Aalst from where it services the western part of the region on the axis Antwerp-Brussels and East and West Flanders

At the end of 2003, Ariadne opened a branch in Susteren from where is will serve Brabant and Limburg in the Netherlands.

Also at the end of 2003 Ariadne Industrial Automation and Ariadne Electro Service have merged and will go on under the name ARIADNE NV

In 2003 Ariadne receives the ISO9001 and the VCA** certficats

Ariadne Vlaanderen takes over the activities of De Vos Elektrotechnics on the first of october 2005. Ariadne Vlaanderen is a part of Ariadne group. Now the Ariadne group has establisments in Opglabbeek, Gent en Susteren (NL).
The establisment in Aalst moves to the former buildings of De Vos Electrotechnics at de guldenspoorstraat 18 in Gent.

      

Ariadne Vlaanderen has moved on 1 January 2009 to a new accommodation in Lokeren. It a new building situated in the industry area. Ariadne will take the complete first floor and 60m2 storage place.
